The long awaited return of "Tempo"

David Sanchez Badillo, AKA Tempo, is a Puerto Rican rapper that was arrested on October 15th 2002 on a federal operation called SOS II. He was sentenced to 24 years in prison for managing 30 or more kilograms of heroin with the intention of distribution at the "Residencial Lirios Del Sur" in the city of Ponce, P.R. He was also identified to be a leader of an organization of drug-traffickers and judged to the use of fire arms.

Sanchez Badillo pleaded innocent to all of the charges. He claims that his jury had no physical evidence of everything he was accused of. The court played one of his songs called "Narcohampon" in which he claims to be a drug-trafficker and to have control of the south area of Puerto Rico by trafficking drugs. The jury used his song as evidence to sentence him.

On Oct 10, 2013 he returned to Puerto Rico to serve the rest of his (6 months) sentance  at a halfway house.
